For about the first month that kyle and i have been living in st. george its seems that all we have done is eat out. And for those of you who are not aware, there is a new in-and-out in st. george which makes matters just that much worse. So we have decided to go on a diet. the eat-at-home diet. it has been a little bit rough so i am reaching out for help. I don't know what to cook! We are both getting a little bit tired of hamburgers and spaghetti so if anyone has any favorite recipes that you and your families like, let me know! Kyle and i both will appreciate your ideas!

Hi! I didn't know you guys had a blog!! I struggle at making stuff for dinner, but I guess I could recommend a few easy things that have worked for me and Jim. Fajitas are usually really easy and not too bad for you. I buy the raw tortillas that you have to cook in the pan first (just because I like them best).
That's all I can think of right now. :) Let me know if you guys have any good ideas!!
That is a good one fajitas. They are so good. Grilled Cheese, Tuna Melts, Meatballs, Chicken.
This is actually travis
Bekah!!! Now we both have blogs AND are married! Like Cathy too! Anyway, about your dinner situation. Fajitas by Heather is the best idea. We eat them twice a week. Just choose chicken or beef, grab a package of the seasonings, add a pepper or onion and BAM! Amazingness.
I also really like Sloppy Joes. They have cans of the sauce so all you do is cook the hamburger and add the sauce and (once again) BAM deliciousness.
The other thing we eat the most of is chicken rolled in breadcrumbs. Buy a thing of breadcrumbs, put some in a bowl, add some seasonings (seasoning salt, garlic, lemon pepper) not too much though, if you do you just make a gravy packet to put over the top. Then cook the chicken at like 500 degrees until its golden brown on the edges. Serve with a stuffing mix - its downright gourment!
This will probably be your longest comment. Enjoy! p.s. mine and Brandon's blog is razzdazzperazz.blogspot.com
Bekah!
My favorite is pasta w/roasted tomatoes. You just cook some pasta and while that is going you put some small cherry or grape tomatoes on a cookie sheet, drizzle with Olive Oil, and then salt and pepper them (you can also put basil, oregeno, or whatever else you'd like on them). Then you stick 'em in the oven until they start to burst open. You put them in a bowl with around 1/2 a cup of the pasta water and smash them up; then toss with the pasta and eat that deliciousness up. :) Love ya!
